I can’t wait for Elysium. The sci-fi thriller, directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9), is set in 2159 where people are divided into two classes: the wealthy live on a man-made space station called Elysium, while the rest of the humans inhabit an overpopulated and ruined Earth. Sounds great, right? The new image (via Screen Crush) gives us a nice look at Damon with his shiny bald dome. Damon plays a man who must go to Elysium and retrieve a cure that will save mankind . . . by becoming a cyborg. The film (also starring Jodie Foster and Sharlto Copley) hits theaters August 9th, 2013.
