It’s difficult not to be excited about Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street. Leonardo DiCaprio plays former real life trader Jordan Belfort. The film, based on Belfort’s memoir, chronicles his meteoric rise as a trader on Wall Street and his subsequent drug-addled fall. Jonah Hill plays his best friend who gets burned by his own friend. According to Variety, Oscar Winner (and star of The Artist) Jean Dujardin has joined the production as “a suave Swiss banker involved in laundering illicit funds for the protag’s firm.” The film is expected to hit theaters sometime in 2013.
